Everyone received an email from Barracuda Email Security Service this morning (Saturday January 30, 2016). In that email is a link allowing you to set your password. Once your password is set, bookmark this page.
The main screen is your Message Log and the default Message Filter is Quarantined. In that dropdown, select All. Now you can see the entire list of email that has come to you. Each email is color coded to how it was processed:
- Green means it was Allowed and Delivered.
- Yellow means it was Quarantined and Not Delivered.
- Red means it was Blocked and Not Delivered.
You can select a message and report it as necessary. You received a legitimate Spam email and you need to report it as Spam. Or you see a legitimate email was flag as Spam and you need to report it as Not Spam. If you continually receive email from a domain that is being flagged as Spam, and it is not Spam, use the Whitelist feature.
